	The new My Tour Manager is a tool that allows you to create and manage your tour, however large or small. You can add and edit the venues in your tour, view resources near each of the venues in your tour such as equipment rentals, rehearsal studios, radio stations, media contacts and more. You can map your trip from venue to venue, print and email your tour itinerary, print and email your tour kit which provides you with all of the local resources to take with you on your tour. Key Features: Add and Edit Venues Set Performance Dates and Times Set Load In, Load Out, and Sound Check Dates and Times Search Area Maps at each venue to locate Hotels/Motels and Restaurants Include Hotel Accommodation information for each venue View local resources that will help with your tour Create notes for each venue and resources Send email alerts/reminders to yourself for important resources Print and Email your Tour Intinerary and Tour Kit, which includes hotel accommodations, performance times, load in, load out, and sound check times, local resource lists and notes.
