1. Disc Type (CD, DVD, Blu-Ray)

2. Case Options: choose 1 (Standard Case, Clear Standard Case, Jacket, Wallets, Slim Case Black, Slim Case Clear)

3. Insert Options: choose 1 (2 Panel, 4 panel, DVD Insert, Tray Card, 2 Sided Full Color Tray Card, DVD Cover, Blu-Ray Wrap Around)

4. Disk Surface: choose 1 (Full Color, Black Text Only)

5. Add-on's (Barcode, Prepress Preview)

6. Quantity

7. Shipping Address

8. Requested in hands date


For requesting an Apparel(t-shirt, hoodie, hat, etc) Quote from a Merchandise Company include:

1. Type of Apparel (t-shirt, hoodie, hat, etc)

2. Number of Print Locations (such as front and back of shirt)

3. Number of ink colors

4. Print Size

5. Sizes(S, M, L, XL, 2XL) and quantities per size

6. Apparel brand / Color / Style

7. Shipping Address

8. Requested in hands date
